How does engraving work?
Choose your bottle, add your text on the engraving page, and we laser-etch it into the powder coat before the bottle ships. Engraving is a paid add-on and the price is shown at checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Orders within Java usually arrive in 2–3 working days. Elsewhere in Indonesia allow 4–7 working days. Shipping is free over Rp 500.000.
Can I put my Sippy in the dishwasher?
The body is hand-wash only — dishwasher heat degrades the vacuum seal over time. The lid is dishwasher safe on the top rack.
Will the engraving wear off?
No. The text is etched into the powder coat rather than printed on top of it, so there is nothing to peel or fade.
What if I order the wrong size?
Unused bottles in their original packaging can be exchanged within 14 days. Engraved bottles are made to order, so those can only be replaced if faulty.
