Return Eligibility

We accept return or exchange requests within 14 days of delivery only in limited circumstances.

Items must be:

  • Unwashed

When Refunds or Replacements Are Issued

Refunds or replacements are only issued in the following cases:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The package is missing or confirmed lost

  • You received the wrong product

  • You received the wrong product due to our error


 

Wrong Product

If we sent the wrong product, you will be offered one of the following options:

  • refund, or

  • replacement product

In all cases, the original item must be returned to us before a refund is processed or a replacement is sent.

 


 

Lost Packages

If the courier confirms that your package was lost in transitSIPPIX will replace the product at no additional cost, subject to availability.

If the item is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement or store credit.

Return Shipping Costs

We cover the cost of return shipping for eligible returns.
