How long does it keep drinks cold or hot?
Cold for up to 24 hours and hot for up to 12 hours. Every Sippix tumbler is double-wall vacuum insulated in SUS-304 food grade stainless steel, so iced drinks stay iced through a full day and coffee or tea stays hot through a morning. The patented lid is 100% leakproof, so it holds either way up in a bag.
How does engraving work?
Add your text on the engraving page before checkout. We laser-etch it into the powder coat by hand. Engraving is a paid add-on and the price is shown at checkout.
How should I clean it?
Hand-wash the body with warm water and a soft sponge. The lid is dishwasher safe on the top rack. Avoid bleach and abrasive pads.
Does it fit a car cup holder?
The 14 oz and 24 oz fit most standard holders. The 32 oz is wider at the base and may not.
What is the return policy?
Unused bottles in original packaging can be exchanged within 14 days. Engraved bottles are made to order and can only be replaced if faulty.
